These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PesaViews website and services. By using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in Kenya to create an account.

2. Honest participation

Rewards are earned for genuine, thoughtful survey responses. You agree not to create multiple accounts, submit false answers, use automated tools, or misrepresent your identity. We may withhold rewards or close accounts that breach this rule.

3. Rewards and payouts

Every survey clearly states the reward before you start. Rewards are credited to your PesaViews balance after your response has been reviewed. You may withdraw to M-Pesa once your balance meets the minimum threshold shown in your account.

4. No guarantees of income

The number of studies you qualify for depends on your profile and the research briefs we receive. We do not guarantee any specific amount of earnings.

5. Account closure

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, subject to fair notice where possible.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the service.
